At the Startup Manager you can manage programs that are running on the startup for your Computer System.
Local Machine : At the list for Local Machine you can see the programs that are running on Startup for Your computer and for every user. When you select one of the programs that are listed here and Delete, Edit or Adding a program affects all users.
Current User: At the list for Local Machine you can see the programs that are running on Startup for Your computer and for the currentuser. When you select one of the programs that are listed here and Delete, Edit or Adding a program only affects the current user.
Delete: Here you can delete a program from the startup list. This will remove the program from the startup key of the registry
Add: Here you can add a program from to startup list. This will add the program to the startup key of the registry
Edit: Here you can edit a program from to startup list. This will edit the program settings of the startup key of the registry
Refresh : This will refress the list of programs that currently run on startup
