i guess it is not a path really, but it starts a little application which opens the startmenu

PS: I'm using rocket dock but don't have any shortcut like this..

matmutant is right, no such docklet exists that opens up the start menu, as far as I'm concerned.
But I am interested in this "Object Dock". I'll surely have a look.

Edit: I've found exactly what I wanted, A file that opened the start menu! It's a vbs file, allows the computer to react the way it would when Ctrl+Esc was typed.
